SMAWL's 2010 Annual Animal Fair

The sixth annual SMAWL Animal Fair will be held on Saturday, May 8, 2010 at the St. Mary’s County Fairground from 10 AM - 3 PM.

What is the SMAWL Animal Fair?
The St. Mary’s Animal Welfare League is an annual festival attended by over 1,100 people and their pets. It is a day for people and their pets to play and shop together. The fair features non-stop demonstrations, pet games, vendors, microchipping, a pet pageant, equine demonstrations, a pet parade and much more.

The purpose of the Animal Fair is to create interest and generate support for local animal welfare and rescue groups and their supporting industries. Our goal is to stage a quality event in order to help SMAWL raise much needed funds to continue our no-kill rescue and adoption program.

100% of the profits benefit animal rescue.

The homeless and neglected animals of our community count on us to be their voice. We hope that you’ll join us in speaking for the animals this year. There are several ways that you can help:

Vendors: Spaces are available for only $25.00 (free with any level Sponsorship)

Please complete the appropriate Vendor or Sponsorship form for your chosen level of commitment and return it by April 10th, 2010.

Monetary donations due by April 10th to ensure your company name on the event promotional items.

10:30 a.m.	Musical Dog Sit - Main Street Calvert K-9 Demo - Large Arena (1/2 hour)
11:00 a.m.	Sheriff's K-9 Demo - Large Arena (1 hour) Sponsor Recognition & King and Queen - Pavillion (1 hour)
Noon	All Animal Pet Parade - Main Street (Grand Marshal: Sheriff's K-9)
12:30 p.m.	Blessing of the Pets - Large Arena Training with Julie - Pavillion (1/2 hour)
1:00 p.m.	Pet Pageant - Pavillion (1 hour) Parade of Horse Breeds - Large Arena (1 hour) Rabies Clinic (1PM - 3PM)
