Happy Endings, New BeginningsNessie and RosebudDear SMAWL We just wanted to say thanks for the opportunity to bring Nessie and Rosebud into our lives. It was a rocky start with Nessie issue. But everything is fine and we our blessed with two wonderful cats. They play and chase each other like siblings (which they are) and are very friendly. They each wanted a chance to say a few things.
Hi I'm Rosebud I love my new home, where as you can see, I'm queen of the roost. My new sister Nessie thinks she all that, but everyone knows, I'm "The Cats Meow". My new family takes good care of me, I get fresh food and water every day, and every once in a while I find treats in the bowl. But I have to be careful, not to lose this fantastic figure. I'm up to 7 lbs. I get to sleep wherever I want. My favorite place is my Big sister Bethany 's closet. But, Mom and Dad's bed works too. I love playing chase, and the Attacking that covers. Although every once in a while dad jerks his foot when I do it...I wonder why. I'm so happy here, and while I miss all my SMAWL friends, I have a home.
Nessie Here Yeah, Rosebud thinks she's in charge, but we all know I'm "The Cats Meow". I had a small problem, But mom and dad took me to the doctor, and now...I'm Purrfect. I love sleeping in mom's lap during the day, she's so warm and snugglely. She likes it when I bath her, for hours, in the same spot. And dad appreciates me twinning between his feet while he cooks. My sister Rosebud and I love to play tug of war with a rope, and sometimes I let her win. I found a stuffed dog upstairs, and have claimed it as my own. But, my favorite is looking out the front door. I can sit here for hours with my sister, watching the world go by. I'm not sure about my big sister Bethany, she's nice and all, but I haven't given her my seal of approval. I really miss all my SMAWL friends, but don't cry for me, I have a home.
