All SMAWL volunteers must be 13 years or older. All PETCO volunteers must be 18 years old or older. If you or your group would like to assist SMAWL with a special project or at one of our events please contact us!

A pessimist, they say, sees a glass of water as being half empty; an optimist sees the same glass as half full. But a giving person (SMAWL Volunteer) sees a glass of water and starts looking for an animal who might be thirsty.
