Snowflake Society - Forms and Applications

The Snowflake Society exists to provide assistance to horses and other hoofed animals in need. To enable the Society to accomplish its mission it is necessary to increase our funding through increased membership, donations and fund raising. We also need to recruit farm owners who are willing to provide short and long term foster facilities. Foster farms need the approval of designated SMAWL board members and local government officials. Membership is as simple as completing the form below and making a small, tax-deductible, dues contribution.
