Volunteer Network - OpportunitiesAdoption Event Volunteers SMAWL Volunteers: We hold adoption events each first and third Saturday of every month. These events are fun and are a vital part of our mission to find new homes for our foster animals. We always need volunteers to help with the events. We need volunteers to hold leashes, take dogs out for potty breaks, help adoption applicants with paperwork, conduct home visits, scoop litter, and help set up and take down our event tables. Please let me know if you are interested in signing up or finding out more about our adoption events. WHEN: 1st and 3rd Saturdays NOTE: If you are a foster parent and plan to bring your foster dog or cat to the event, please email me to confirm a spot for your animal. You should also check with your foster case manager to let them know you want to bring your foster animal to the event. Remember to keep SMAWL animals in mind when you hear of friends, family, and co-workers who are looking to add a new pet to their family.
